Fascist Activists Have Spent The Last Year Trying to Win Over Police (I'd add to that 'haphazardly' -- I don't think there's an obvious pattern in these Discord logs except multiple fascists thinking it's a good idea to win the police over, and being more likely to be sympathetic to police than to see them as agents of an enemy "occupation".)
This will be the first in our series “Reconsidering the strike.” Strikes are probably the most idolized of all the tactics workers use in their struggles, and the one people most equate with worker power. This series will dig into real stories of strikes to bring the tactic back down to earth, and critically reassess it. This piece is about a strike and lockout at Canada Post in 2011, which undermined worker militancy. –Ed.
USian attitudes to capitalism and socialism. Not a huge change, except some polarisation effects -- Democrats are now less happy with capitalism then they were in 2010, (47% are positive now, 53% were in 2010), and a bit more favorable about socialism (57% 2018, 53% 2010). A lot of the increase in liking socialism comes from under-thirties, but even so, capitalism is still beating out socialism in general population (2018 - 56% vs 37%, 2010 - 61% vs 36%).
